Delivery and Return Information

We gladly accept returns and refunds of unworn and undamaged products. Please e-mail info@ettyjacques.com with your order number and send the pieces with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense to us. The package must be sent in 14 days after the delivery date. Any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded. Make sure the merchandise you return is not used, worn, washed or damaged; tags are attached. Otherwise, the package will be sent back to you with no expense.For your return to be processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days beginning from the arrival of your parcel to our warehouse.
